We’ve been selling bespoke conservatory blinds for almost 30 years, and in that time we’ve developed technologies and techniques that set our blinds above others.
Our solar reflective fabrics work in conjunction with solar glazing so that you reduce heat from solar gain; without the risk of damaging your glass.
Our shaped pleated roof blinds can be made to the narrowest top apex width, so they cover much more of the glass and fit so much neater around central boss mouldings.
They are designed to fit individual panes of glazing, which makes them easier to operate. Individual shaped blinds look so much neater than a doubled-up design layout, which also conforms to the requirements set out by all of the major roof manufacturers.
Our Solar Design™ pleated fabrics are completely washable and have permanent pleats. They won’t rot, fade or oxidise on contact with dead insects.
They are also designed to be easy to maintain, so you can keep your blinds looking like new for years to come.
Our coordinating blind cords are available in matching colours. As a result, they don’t stand out against the fabric like they do on other conservatory blind ranges.
At Specialist Blinds, we know every project is unique. For free expert advice and a quotation, request a consultation with one of our consultants today.
We have over a wide range of solar reflective fabrics available, in various different colour ranges. There are far too many different fabrics to show on our website, so the best way to see our full range is to arrange a consultation with your local sales person.
Unlike other fabrics, which you can only spot-clean, you can actually full wash our Solar Design™ pleated fabrics.
What this means is that, if you have a manual blind, you can completely un-clip the blind from it’s fittings, and both rinse it off with a shower head or hand wash it in water using a pH-neutral cleaning product.
After drying, you can then re-clip your blinds looking like new.

Absolutely the best service you could ever want. Steve the rep was so helpful and just a really great guy. Blinds are beautiful. I will use them again when I am replacing the rubbishy blinds I got from a company in Norwich 4 years ago. Great service from Steve and his company.
We received very thorough advice from the sales person who came to our house. He seemed passionate and confident about the blinds he was advising us on. He pointed us to features we had not contemplated. There was a wide range of types of blinds + colours. We love the smaller string holes on our pleated blinds and the string in the colour of the blinds; a tiny feature with quite an impact.
Ordering was easy, we were told a time frame but in the end the blinds were ready to be fitted well ahead of schedule. Excellent communication throughout. The fitter was on time, friendly and fast working.
