Sales/Installation Team Member in Norfolk Area

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our Team, acting as both sales person and installer to cover the Norfolk and Suffolk areas, as well as parts of Cambridgeshire.

In addition to possessing a practical ability, you will need to have at least 2 years' relevant experience in blind sales as well as possess the highest calibre of presentation and communication skills (in person and by phone) because you will book your own appointments. Most importantly, you will need to be extremely hard-working and not afraid to travel.

Conservatory Blinds Surveyor / Fitter

We are seeking experienced or trainee personnel to join our busy Installation Team (aged 25+ for insurance purposes) with immediate vacancies available.

In addition to possessing a practical ability, you will need the highest calibre of presentation and communication skills, as well as being numerate, with the ability to visualise solutions. This position entails extensive travelling, as well as booking and managing your own workload without the need for supervision.

Trainees with no experience would need to spend weekdays in Surrey/Kent (accommodation and meals provided) during the initial months of training. This would lead on to alternate weeks based in the South - eventually becoming more locally based after 6 months.

No targets or commission - just efficient surveys, fitter-friendly systems and market-leading conservatory blinds.

Lead Generation and Telemarketing in Ewell

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Telemarketing person to join our small dedicated team in our head office in Ewell, near Epsom.

Main Purpose of Role:
You will have sole responsibility for generating and developing new customer relationships, contributing towards the growth of the business.

You will provide our sales team with new leads, and also feedback for the regeneration of customers, with exceptional customer services at all times.

The candidate must have strong telephone and interpersonal skills and have the ability to build rapport and strong customer relationships with the view to generating sales. You must be driven to achieve the company’s goals.

The ideal candidate will be expected to generate new leads via Telephone, Internet and Social Media accounts.

Location / Hours:
Based at our head office in Ewell, Epsom.

Our office is open from 9am – 5.30pm. You will work a 37.5 hour week, ensuring that our peak call times are covered periodically. Candidate must therefore be prepared to work on occasion outside of normal working hours (i.e. occasionally working evenings until 6.30pm, and Saturday 10am-12pm).

Job share may be an option for the right candidate(s).

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To search for, locate and communicate with new customers to generate leads and enquiries for the internal sales team to process
  • To assess the company’s current customer base and work towards the regeneration of old enquiries
  • To deal with daily enquiries in an efficient manner and build rapport/fact-find to convert to lead at the appropriate point
  • Handle any incoming telephone enquiries with exceptional telecommunication skills

Key Attributes:

  • Experienced and well-developed telesales individual with excellent negotiating skills
  • A highly motivated individual with confidence to voice and implement new and creative ideas to achieve success
  • Strong organisation skills and capable of working quickly and accurately under his/her own initiative during busy periods
  • A confident, self-motivated Team Player with advanced administration skills
  • Excellent telephone manner who can handle customers from a range of background and personality types
  • Experience of a sales office environment, sales techniques and business growth (technical sales preferred but not essential)
  • The ability to search and locate new leads for business growth
  • Positive can-do attitude.
