Getting customer reviews is very important to us, it lets us know when we're doing a good job, and also lets us know the areas in which we need to improve.
It's why as well as picking the best piece of feedback we've received every three months, we also have an award for the best review we recieved all year.
The best review of 2013 is from Mr P in Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire, who wrote to us after having pure™ Pleated Blinds fitted in the roof of his conservatory:
"Having had an excellent Hip Roofed Conservatory built, very recently, by Amberwood of Aldermaston, my wife and I decided that we would invest in roof blinds.
We approached two organisations that advertise nationally and also leaflet drop. Meetings were held at which each company made its sale pitch. Neither company's presentation gave us the feeling that their end product would be good value for money - an important factor in the present economic climate. I decided to Google conservatory blinds and a number of alternatives were forthcoming. After reading the contents of the websites, I picked up the telephone and made an appointment for a meeting with one of your representatives.
Greg visited our house, viewed the conservatory in detail and gave a very comprehensive review of alternative methods of satisfying our objective. He had a total understanding of the market and, more important, your competitors' products. he submitted his proposal together with a quotation. After he left, we considered the alternative treatments of prices, and reached the decision to proceed with your company.
We were told that a surveyor would visit the house to undertake the measuring of all the proposed blinds and, more importantly, he would also be responsible for the subsequent installation. A particularly interesting point - no question of blaming a colleague for a bad fit!
Martin was the appointed surveyor/installer. Last Wednesday, the blinds were installed and he is to be commended for both his accuracy in measuring and in fitting. The finished project is excellent and we are very pleased that we decided to use your company, following Greg's presentation, and that Martin did the precision work. Please convey our appreciation to them for their input to an installation which has achieved all that we required.
